Some people prefer to give something more tangible than cash. We do need to raise a certain amount of money to support our existing programs. But providing items that we normally purchase will help us cut costs, thereby increasing funds available for other areas. This is an especially effective way to involve groups – (churches, professional groups, clubs, etc) in gift giving.
