The H.O.P.E. Program was designed specifically for Hamilton County Job and Family Services to meet the unique needs of families in their care.  Combining  evidence based group services with individualized parent coaching sessions, this model provides the ideal approach as it offers the benefits of group services, which reduce isolation, build peer networks and encourage parents to learn from one another; and incorporates individualized coaching and instruction to provide additional support and opportunity for practice and feedback.  The Nurturing Parenting curriculum is designed to address constructs that make a parent more at risk for abusing and neglecting their children.  H.O.P.E. staff are trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).

This range of services will assist families with complex needs and provide specific, targeted interventions to at-risk populations.

This program is funded by Hamilton County Job and Family Services http://www.hcjfs.hamilton-co.org and is open only through referral from HCJFS.  The funding contract dictates eligibility, referrals and scheduling.
