Join with Family Nurturing Center to promote April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month by participating in the Blue Ribbon 5K Race, Saturday, April 28th at 10:00 am. Whether you like to run or walk, this is a great course for all levels of participants. The race begins/ends at General Cable in Highland Heights, KY and travels through NKU's campus. 

New this year, Family Nurturing Center is joining with Melody's Boot Camp for an optional Pump and Run. (Bring your own hand weights). 

Pre-registration fee is $25 and is guaranteed a t-shirt.  Race day the price goes up to $35.  So register now!  Melody Boot Camp members get a $5 discount!

Free child care is available during the entire race at Kids Fun Lane and Run (ages 12 and younger).  Kids will enjoy a FREE petting zoo, activities, puppet show and healthy snack.
